4. Once payment is received and cleared, your order will be confirmed & shipped.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

• Because items are handmade and custom, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
  
  

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery.
  
  

• A photo of the damaged item is required before a replacement or refund can be considered.
  
  

• If a photo cannot be provided, the item must be returned (at buyer’s expense) before a replacement or refund is issued.
  
  

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or a replacement will be sent if stock is available.
  
  

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
